Villa Seburga is our own home when we are in France.   We enjoy high standards in our lifestyle and have not 'cheapened' the villa for rentals, as most owners seem to do.  Villa Seburga is home to quality antiques, works of art, ceramics and glassware, which we want you to enjoy during your stay.  As one distinguished guest put it "this is the first villa I have rented where I have really felt proud to invite my friends".  Villa Seburga is expensively furnished and maintained to a very high standard throughout. 

The large 'L shaped' settee in the main living room will seat 8 people.  It was hand made at George Smith's workrooms in London's New Kings Road and is immensely comfortable.  It took 6 people to carry it from the road to it's present location!  



Each of the 5 bedrooms is individually air conditioned, with its own private bathroom.  Guests can enjoy their own separate privacy and then come together in the large communal areas, either indoors or on the terraces. 

Beds have been purchased from manufacturers providing the highest quality levels of comfort (Simmons, Heals Hand Made, Westin Heavenly Bed etc).  Linens are all 100% Egyptian cotton, towels are large and soft (including bath sheets from Harrods), pillows and bed toppers are filled with down or feather.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms Details.  

Luxury toiletries are supplied in each bathroom, which has heated towel rails.  Additional swimming and beach towels are also supplied.

There are two fully fitted kitchens which provide quality cooking pans and dishware, an extensive range of quality crockery, utensils and fine glassware.  A selection of different coffees is provided for you to use in the Nespresso Machines.  You will find such items as ice buckets for wine, orange juicer, blenders, filtered ice water dispenser, professional steam iron etc., even one of the sinks in the Master Kitchen has an electric food disposal unit.

     
The heated infinity swimming pool, complete with diving board and water slide, is the most 'raved about' feature of the property.  It is completely secluded. 

Accessed through several French Windows at pool level and direct steps from the mid-level terraces, the pool is a central feature of the property - and there is no muddy lawn to have to cross in bare feet! 

You can gaze over the infinity edge of the pool to the sea or sunbathe on the comfortable foam filled floating beds, which we had airfreighted in from the U.S.A. 


When dining poolside, remote operated electric awnings can be adjusted for shade at the touch of a button. On the terraces, there are comfortable loungers, tables and chairs made from teak (or better).  Quality cushions are provided for maximum comfort. ��No cheap plastic chairs and tables here!  In the evenings, the pool and gardens are tastefully illuminated.  The views are of the lights in the valley below stretching down to the Mediterranean, where you will see the flashing lighthouse of the Cap d'Antibes, and the twinkling lights of aeroplanes on their final approach across the sea to Nice Airport - seen but not heard!  There is nothing overlooking your privacy at night, except the moon and stars.

In addition to Satellite TV on two levels, subscription channels, DVD, CD & Ipod and Bluetooth players, there is also a piano (mid-level), an extensive library of several hundred DVDs to choose from, and table tennis for poolside fun.  

WiFi is accessible throughout the villa.  For a bit of serious 'office from home' work, there is a dedicated business centre, complete with colour laser printer, scanner and paper shredder.  If you have had to squirm on some upright chair in hotels, pushing cushions around to try to reduce backache, you will be relieved to know that the business centre features an ergonomic Herman Miller office chair for maximum comfort and support.  

Zappers are provided to open and close the electric entry gates, and there are CCTV monitors in two areas of the Villa.
