Rentals are per week - changeover day is SATURDAY
The Swimming Pool is heated (to 30°C). The substantial cost of achieving a large warm infinity pool is included in the rates, as are all utilities. There are no extras. French Luxury Accommodation Tax (€2.30 per adult person per night) is also included. Quality bed linens and towels (including Pool towels) are provided. Please bring your own mobile phones for calls, and devices for Wi-Fi access.
Payment Terms. 20% deposit is required on booking, balance 60 days before rental. There is also a Security Deposit of €500 for 'first time' renters which is refundable immediately on departure.
