Booking for 2024 stays.  Check the availability calendar below.  Remember bookings start and end on Saturdays.  A 20% deposit is required to reserve your booking, the balance is due 60 days before arrival.  If this will be your first stay, there is a €500 Euro Security Bond payable at the time of the balance.  This is refundable on departure.  To proceed, or ask any questions, click on 'Contact Us'.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Your first stay at Villa Seburga? 20% holding deposit will reserve your stay. We are also currently offering a full refund or free date change for bookings of 1 or 2 weeks in 2025 if you change your plans before December 15 2024.  This means you can book 2025 now, without penalty, well before the airlines release their flight details for 2025.  The balance is due 60 days before arrival.  If this will be your first stay, there is a €500 Euro Security Bond payable at the same time as the balance.  This is refundable on departure.  To proceed, or ask any questions, click on 'Contact Us' - we will be happy to send you a flexible plan!
Returning guests to Villa Seburga?  You may provisionally reserve your 2025 stays without payment of a holding deposit.  The holding deposit will only become payable if your booking for 2025 is confirmed by December 15 2024.  This means you can book 2025 now, without penalty, well before the airlines release their flight details for 2025 and be able to change your dates and plans without penalty prior to December 15 2024.  The balance is due 60 days before arrival.  The Security Bond is waived for Returning Guests.  To proceed, or ask any questions, click on 'Contact Us' - we will be happy to send you a flexible plan!
